Gas prices vary across the northwest, cheaper in North Idaho

Boise, Idaho (CBS2) - AAA reports gas prices vary widely across the northwest.

In Boise, a gallon of regular unleaded costs about $3.55 a gallon.

It's a penny less a gallon in Twin Falls.

In North Idaho, a gallon of regular unleaded will cost you about $3.00 a gallon.

If your travels take you to Salt Lake City, AAA says you'll pay around $3.43 for a gallon of regular unleaded.

A gallon of gas will cost you around $4.00 in Portland.

It's even more expensive in Seattle. A gallon of regular unleaded is going for about $4.29 a gallon.
